Job Summary

As the supply chain interface for the display project, this role is responsible for the management of materials and the delivery of manufactured products throughout the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC) from project initiation to end of life. Coordinate the resources of various supply chain departments to ensure the project progress and the achievement of manufactured products delivery. Participate in the phase reviews of the project, fully identify material and delivery risks, and promote relevant parties to solve them. Follow up on the production and delivery issues of new projects, prompt relevant parties to quickly locate and solve problems, and ensure that the delivery targets are achieved according to the product plan.

Responsibilities

  • Formulates KPIs for supply chain management during the new product introduction phase and monitors the implementation and improvement of process efficiency.

  • Participates in the POR and phase reviews of new models to fully identify material and delivery risks and promote relevant parties to solve them.

  • Oversees BOM (Bill of Material) creation, Cost upload, Material preparation, GTK (Guided Turnkey) vendor qualification, Tooling status, RTP (Ready to Perform), Market share adjustment etc.

  • Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

  • Coordinates supply chain related problem solving, Region request, Marketing request, Rework request and coordination, PLC & regulation extend/EOL (End-of-life) track

  • Supply chain management related Data collection, Material shortage mitigation, Market share adjustment

  • Manages product changes and track the implementation status in each region.

  • Analyzes the existing supply chain management processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization plans.

  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis related with supply chain to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.

  • 10+ year working experience of Program Management in Display industry.

  • Professional knowledge of supply chain management, program/project management, and process control in display manufacturing industry. Preference will be given to candidates with display management experience or Supply Chain Program Management experience in notebook computers (NB), desktops (DT), etc.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and personal work management skills.

  • Have the courage to take responsibility, be result-oriented, and able to achieve goals.

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese to meet the communication needs with regions and ODMs.
