Job Responsibility:1.    Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring clear and simple page layouts.2.    Collaborate with business managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business/ user needs.3.    Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs using various design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).4.    Conduct user research and testing, analyzing user feedback to improve designs.5.    Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure system consistency.6.    Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality of the team.7.    Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying them into your work.

Job Requirements:MUST:1.    Possess a degree in a design-related field, such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related area.2.    Have at least three years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and achievements.3.    Be familiar with user interface design principles, user experience best practices, and modern design trends.4.    Proficient in using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.5.    Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as jQuery and Bootstrap, to collaborate effectively with the development team.6.    Excellent communication skills and team spirit, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-departmental members.7.    Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking, able to propose innovative solutions during the design process.8.    Able to complete tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Plus:1.    Possess working experience in mobile design, including iOS and Android platforms.2.    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, able to work in a fast-paced iterative environment.3.    Knowledge of digital systems and design related to the insurance industry.4.    Experience in animation design and micro-interaction design, capable of creating smooth user experiences using tools.5.    Understanding of accessibility design principles, committed to creating products that are friendly to all users.6.    Experience in cross-cultural design, capable of designing products for the global market.
