We are looking for an Active ETF marketer who is capable of independently developing and implementing active ETF marketing strategies, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will be based in Taipei.

What you will do

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective Active ETF marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
Content Development: Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content/assets for various communication platforms such as websites, press releases, and social/other media
Media Relations: Collaborate with PR colleagues to build relationships with the media, especially with KOL; ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communications to foster and enhance employee engagement
Competitors monitor: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of Active ETF marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments for improvement
Perform other duties as assigned, e.g., product marketing pitching, event planning and coordination - customized campaigns by different client segments etc

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, financial & economic, business, or related field
Approximately at least 7-8 years of experience in SITE, with at least 2-3 years of experience in ETF marketing
Demonstrated understanding of ETF business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
SITE/SICE qualification is a must
Fluent in written and spoken English
Curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity
Team-player, proactive attitude, critical thinking, and solution-oriented
Microsoft Office skills
Master’s degree is a plus
