RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • To assist Branch Operation & Service Manager to:
  • Achieve / exceed the business targets set
  • Control and administer the daily operations from Priority Banking customers
  • Ensure that office rules, branch control and operational procedures are strictly adhered to

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • To support Branch Operation & Service Manager to deliver high quality service to our customers and identify sales opportunities to maximize new business acquisition

Processes

  • To bring to the attention of BOSM any problems encountered together with any recommended solutions.
  • To facilitate sales, service monitoring by up-going all necessary data tracking and system input
  • Account Opening and Financial transaction checker & approver with required licence.
  • To conduct sales document checking/ follow up where required 
  • Account opening approver
  • Portfolio Management via myRM
  • Sales Support & WM Transaction maker
  • To scrutinise and make intelligent examination of the daily computer reports paying particular attention to any entries of an unusual nature which may require further investigation
  • Trainer
  • Cash Operation Approver in absence of BOSM for M16  
  • Back-up of BOSM when BOSM is on leave.
  • Remark: 
  • 存款開戶資格:分行作業室本行正式員工並具備工作經驗六個月以上並通過 BSO 提供考題測驗達 80 分以上。
  • 外匯:覆核人員須有六個月以上相關外匯業務經歷。
  • 信託開戶覆核資格:具信託管理證照,且須於公會登錄,並在行內證照系統上完成登錄且持續有效之人員。

  • To assist Branch Operation & Service Manager to supervise the overall operations in Branch

Skills and Experience

Risk Management

  • To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.

Governance

  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered BankThis includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles

Qualification

  • Licenses     信託業務、信託管理、內稽內控、衍商/結構型
  • 以下為Optional:外匯
  • Certifications     擔任過會計與出納
  • 存款開戶:分行作業室本行正式員工並具備工作經 驗六個月以上並通過 BSO 提供考題測驗達 80 分以上。
  • 外匯:覆核人員須有六個月以上相關外匯業務經歷。
  • 信託開戶覆核資格:具信託管理證照,且須於公會登錄,並在行內證照系統上完成登錄且持續有效之人員。
  • Languages     Fluently read, write, listening and speaking in Mandarin
