主要職責：

• 負責主要通路客戶（如全國電子、燦坤等）之年度業績目標達成與帳務管理
• 協助擬定與執行銷售策略、促銷活動、行銷資源配置與產品上架計畫
• 維繫良好客戶關係，掌握市場動態、對手狀況與消費者趨勢
• 與內部跨部門（如行銷、供應鏈、客服、產品部）協作，確保客戶需求與執行一致性
• 管理與分析銷售數據，定期檢討業績表現並提出改善方案
• 協助預算編列與銷售預測，定期提供報告給管理層

任職條件：

• 大學以上學歷，商管相關科系尤佳
• 至少8年以上,3年客戶管理,快速消費品（FMCG）或小家電產業業務經驗
• 熟悉3C / 家電通路操作流程，具全國電子、燦坤等通路操作經驗者優先
• 具良好數字分析能力，能獨立撰寫報表與銷售分析
• 積極主動、抗壓性高，具備良好溝通協調能力與談判技巧
• 熟悉Excel、PowerPoint等商業軟體
• 英文能力中等，能閱讀產品資料與撰寫簡報者佳
