What do we expect you to bring?  

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities,
  • At least 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, especially in the life and private pension fields,
  • Leadership experience in business analysis, process management and project management,
  • Familiarity with agile, Scrum etc. project management methodologies,
  • Ability to use business process modeling tools,
  • Knowledge in SQL, data analytics and reporting,
  • Ability to use project management tools such as Jira effectively,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills,
  • Team management and mentoring experience,
  • Preferably if you have regulatory knowledge for the insurance and retirement sector  

How can you make an impact?  

  • Support organizational development and change management processes.
  • To carry out the development and maintenance activities of performance management process & systems
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Analyze current and future workforce requirements based on business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor strategic workforce trends and make recommendations to improve staffing efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports &dashboards on organizational metrics
  • Support succession planning process for critical roles within the organization
  • Ensure local monitoring of global processes
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with managers and executives
