Job title:Portfolio Specialist - Personal HealthYour role:
1. Portfolio Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the RBUL to articulate comprehensive portfolio strategies that align with regional business objectives.
Work closely with Business Consumer Managing Managers (CMMs) and Brand Marketing Managers (BMMs) to ensure strategies are tailored to specific market needs.
2. Product Roadmap Translation:
Convert portfolio strategies into detailed product roadmaps in coordination with various business units.
Ensure alignment of product development initiatives with overall business goals.
3. Portfolio Harmonization:
Lead activities such as Zero-Based Analysis (ZBA) to identify gaps and opportunities, aiming to build a customer-focused portfolio that drives growth.
Collaborate with the Business Portfolio team, BMMs, and district marketing teams to set up a harmonized portfolio across the growth region, reducing complexity and increasing SKU efficiency.
4. Go-to-Market Support:
Assist in the execution of go-to-market strategies for key product launches.
Work closely with RBULs, BMMs, and district marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions.
5. Portfolio Performance Monitoring:
Track, monitor, and report on the performance of the business's portfolio across Grooming and Beauty categories.
Collaborate with CMDs and Category Marketing Managers (CMMs) to drive problem-solving and optimization plans, ensuring commercial success.
Conduct market analysis to identify gaps and provide relevant insights, proposing countermeasures as necessary.

You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio management, product development, or a related role
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing portfolio strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
