Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for serving as an expert for partners, customizing solutions, and identifying new strategic partnerships. The role achieves quotas while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions. The role addresses conflicts, conducts research, and provides administrative support to ensure seamless partner interactions. This position specifically focuses on managing distribution channels and ensuring the effective delivery of Poly products in the EET&I region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert to partners, providing advanced information regarding the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configurations, with a focus on Poly products.
  • Collaborate with partners to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements in the EET&I region.
  • Identify new distribution partners that align with the organization's strategic objectives and facilitate their integration into the sales ecosystem.
  • Work with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas, engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights, specifically for distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives and the effective promotion of Poly products.
  • Assist in the resolution of minor conflicts or issues between partners and the organization, ensuring smooth distribution operations.
  • Conduct initial research on prospective distribution partners and prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential partner deals.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth partner interactions and sales processes, with a focus on distribution efficiency.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
