Responsibilities:

Operation

Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Analyze campaign performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) from marketing expenditures.

Strategy

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation in campaign strategies.

People

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Contribute positively as a team member, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing situations and environments.

Qualifications:

Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

At least 5-7 years experience in agency or Biddable field

Understanding of online advertising systems (Ad networks, CPM, CPC, CPA), social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) and Google (SEO, SEM).

Able to use analytics tools (Google Analytics) will be an advantage

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools and marketing platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Able to communicate well Both Thai and English (written).

A positive team member who can adapt to changing situations and environments with ease.
