Job Purpose

Works as part of the project team to facilitate clear and open communication between business stakeholders, developers and the product owner. The Senior BA is also expected to have leadership skills to step into the Iteration Manager role where needed and able to define innovative solutions to business problems and translate understanding of the business requirements into more detailed user stories and other functional requirements document as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a Strategic Roadmap: outline the project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.

• Resource Allocation: manage resources, including budget, personnel, and technology.

• Timeline Management: monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet project deadlines.

• Foster Collaboration: encourage teamwork and effective communication across all team members.

• Stakeholder Communication: regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

• Requirement Gathering: ensure alignment on business requirement across team members

• Monitor Performance: continuously evaluate the performance and impact of AI models.

• Business Value Realization: ensure the project delivers tangible value and aligns with business strategies.
