AIG Customer Service Teams help to provide excellent customer service to our current and potential Thailand clients via phone and e-mail.
How you will create an impact
Responsible for providing service/support to both internal and external customers. This role will assist other team members to provide accurate customer services resolutions.
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of customer service representatives at a Contact Center that handle customer inquiries via various channels (telephone, e-mail, web etc.)
Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements
Responsible for the adherence of organizational policies and procedures
Responsible for service delivery against agreed SLA’s and Metrics, including reporting requirements
Demonstrate a strong understanding of all programs and processes to effectively support dealers and distributors.
What you’ll need to succeed
English skills
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in insurance/financial services industry and/or call center with strong focus on customer service
Computer and software skills, such as using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as various tools and systems to perform tasks and serve customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Both Thai and English.
Possess customer-oriented skills including empathy, patience, adaptability, and proactivity.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Balance multiple tasks at once and solve them all in a timely manner.
