Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

• Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.                                                                                                   
• Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.                                                                                                                                 
• Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases/models         
• Assess the implications of the business change, analyze and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition                                                                       
• Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience                                                                                                                                      

Must Have

• Master’s degree holder with education background in related fields
• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas
• Excellent English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Learning agility and possess critical thinking skill
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect and work with a variety of people from different backgrounds
