As a Guru you will be accountable for

• Leading the analysis of financial data to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Collaborating on budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations to maintain efficient workflows.
• Managing month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the general ledger through meticulous management.
• Providing support for budgeting and forecasting activities, offering valuable insights.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing support for audits.
• Managing fixed assets effectively, tracking depreciation and ensuring proper accounting.
• Handling tax compliance and reporting, staying current with tax laws and requirements.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in accounting roles.
• Understands generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
