Proactive monitoring and analysis

Change/EWO review team

Implement IMAC
Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3-5 years experience in Network Engineer
Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN SSL, IPSec, Proxy, Wireless
Troubleshooting network skill
Ability to work with multi-vendor environment
Experience with network monitoring tools such as OpManager, SolarWind, etc.
Familiar with ITIL process
Good to have CCNA/CIPA
Customer service mind.
