About the Role

Responsible for ensuring optimal utilisation of AIA facilities and operating the facilities' mechanical and electrical systems as appropriate

• Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements and recommend plans to meet needs• Conduct ongoing inspection and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and replace the facilities' mechanical and electrical components and systems• Hire and oversees outside contractors for facility maintenance• Recommend purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required
