About the Department

Group Transaction Banking team specialises in cash management, trade finance and financial supply chain management. Our specialists are strategically based in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong and Vietnam to provide on-the-ground advisory and solutions to help clients manage their working capital efficiently. With our extensive Asian network, deep local market knowledge and close collaboration with coverage partners in Group Wholesale Banking, we work with clients across Multinational Corporate, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Government Agencies and Retail Business Banking Group to deliver market leading product capabilities and solutions via fully integrated channels and global electronic banking platforms. Our global reach, with our cash, trade and financial supply chain expertise, gives you the power to manage domestic and cross-border business flows effectively for your clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the implementation of financial supply chain solutions from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Understand client requirements and analyze business processes to design tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to design and develop appropriate financial supply chain solutions
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation throughout the implementation process
• Set Implementation plan with Anchor.
• Manage system integration (UOB Proprietary, Anchor In-house or 3rd party platform) with Anchor as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance and related financial solutions
• FSCM Sales Specialist with good grasp of FSCM Solution Types UOB offers, FSCM Underwriting Framework & FSCM platform capability & appreciation of the risk considerations when apply solution types to different spokes profile.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation methodology
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possessed good credit background to facilitate credit process.
• Good interpersonal skills & able to build rapport with Anchors and Spokes.
