YOUR ROLE AS A: Guest Services Assistant
You'll be the friendly face our guests remember! As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone on the ground, making their journey with us a breeze.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Seamless Check-in: Effortlessly verify documents, issue boarding passes, and manage luggage with precision.
Guest Support: Provide top-notch assistance to all passengers, including those with special needs, for easy boarding and deplaning.
Document Management: Handle essential travel documents efficiently, ensuring everything is in order.
Security Champion: Conduct mandatory security checks and ensure all procedures are followed to keep everyone safe.
