Your Job Responsibilities

As an International Health Insurance Consultant in Customer Support or the Helpline department, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing Assistance: Offer support and guidance to customers regarding their international health insurance policies, answering queries, explaining coverage details, and helping them understand their benefits.
  • Claim Assistance: Assist customers in understanding the claims process, help with claim submissions, and follow up on the status of claims, coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Policy Inquiries: Address customer inquiries related to policy details, terms and conditions, coverage limitations, and exclusions, providing accurate information and clarifying doubts.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues or challenges customers encounter with their policies, coordinating with other departments or escalating complex issues for investigation.
  • Upgrades and Modifications: Assist customers wishing to make changes to their policies, ensuring accurate processing and timely updates.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints by actively listening, empathizing, and finding appropriate solutions, liaising with relevant teams to address concerns effectively.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy updates, and changes in regulations to provide informed assistance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resolution of queries, sharing feedback for process improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive for excellent service, actively seek feedback, address concerns promptly, and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent/native English communication skills (TOEIC 700+, if have).
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work based on the Australia time zone.
