Job Description:

We are looking for Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Payroll Specialist will manage employee payroll data (hirings, tax, social security, insurance, leaves, salaries,…). The tasks will be connected i.e. to:  prepare certificates, managing time and labor data, calculations of various contribution. Payroll Specialist will be point of contact for payroll related queries for Slovak employees.  Payroll specialist performs also post payroll activities connected to audits and controls.  The tasks include also the time and labor data for Czech Republic. We require very good knowledge of english language. Knowledge of payroll, HR, labor law and SAP will be an advantage.

How you will make your mark:

•    Administration of payroll data, salary and statutory payments and submition of reportings.

•    Preparing work certificates

•    Administration of working time data for Slovakia and Czech Republic

•    Cooperation with HR on data input

•    Answering on employee queries related to time tracking and salaries

•    Post payroll data control

About you:

  • Master or bachelor degree in Economics/Finance or other areas with some work experience in Finance

  • Payroll and/or experience will be an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of Slovak payroll and time tracking legislation

  • Outstanding orientation on customer

  • Communications skills

  • At least basic knowledge of labor law

  • Focus on details

  • SAP/GlobalView system knowledge will be advantage

Salary starting from 2000 EUR gross per month
