Make an Impact by

• 24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations
• Provide Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink and other value-added satellite services.
• To monitor the Infra devices that includes core routers, UPS, M&C alarm for Antenna.
• To effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
• To co-ordinate the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI.

Skills for Success

• A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.
• Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
• Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Operational readiness on 24 X 7 environment.
• Ability to perform 12 hours shift operations.
