Affiliate Program Management:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the global affiliate program and ensure program’s success and profitability.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the program.
Develop and maintain thriving relationships with partners globally, providing support and resources to optimize their performance.
Outreach and Partnership Development:
Conduct outreach to potential affiliate partners, presenting the benefits of joining the Razer.com affiliate program.
Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Campaign Coordination and Execution:
Coordinate the production of online assets for affiliate campaigns.
Manage the approval process for campaign assets, ensuring timely publication.
Set up and maintain affiliate ad campaigns, monitoring performance and providing insights to stakeholders.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics
Prepare detailed reports on affiliate program performance, providing data-drriven actionable insights to improve results.
Able to present performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the digital marketing, email marketing, product management, and business units to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the affiliate program.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data in reports, with a focus on ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix organization.
Language proficiency for reading/writing Korean/Japanese is a plus.
