Make An Impact By

Marketing campaign activation and audience creation
- Collaborate with CLM (customer lifecycle management), PM (product marketing), advanced analytics and wider business teams to gather campaign requirements and translate them into audience segmentation strategies mainly for upsell, cross-sell and/or retention marketing campaigns. Marketing channels will include electronic direct mail (EDM), SMS etc.
- Design, implement and optimize campaign audience filters/Next-Best-Action etc. in Oracle Marketing Cloud (Responsys) etc.
Marketing campaign analysis
- Lead end-to-end campaign analysis to improve marketing performance and results, which may include:
  - Write SQL queries and/or Python scripts to extract data for analysis
  - Analyse marketing campaign performance to measure campaign effectiveness
  - Suggest ideas/recommendations/hypotheses/experiment-to-conduct for the next marketing campaign based on derived insights
  - Present the analysis, derived insights and suggested next-steps
  - Establish benchmarks for marketing campaign performance
  - Design and build Power BI dashboards and/or campaign reporting

Skills for Success:

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the field of marketing/advertising analytics
- Experience in:
- Marketing analytics
- Excel/SQL
- Formulate hypothesis, conduct experiment, statistical knowledge
- Data platforms/visualization tools
Strong organizational skill & conscientious personality
Meticulous, proactive and dynamic with ability to work independently
Effective communication and people engagement skills
