Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be focusing on the servicing and maintaining of renewal business for our Employee Benefits Business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Team Lead, Agency Renewal and work closely with Prudential’s One Agency (Tied Financial Consultants and Prudential Financial Advisers) to increase and expand the Employee Benefits Business.
Job Description:
Ability to lead discussion with One Agency on employee benefits matters.
Ability to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet One Agency objectives.
Preparation and conducting of employee communication sessions for employees.
Preparation of renewal invitations and analytics, engage in negotiations to try to retain accounts.
Ensuring all deadlines are met within industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies on upselling/cross-selling new line of covers.
Review and lead projects to improve existing work processes through automation.
Collaborate with NB Business Development Managers when required in the securing of new businesses.
Ability to build strong relationships with One Agency.

Working Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an employee benefits environment or insurance industry dealing with employee benefits (preferably)
Professional Qualifications
Possess CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications (preferably)
Education
Bachelor in Business or related fields of study

English
