About the Team
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Principal Marketing Manager - Integrated Event Experiences & Demand Generation to design and execute world-class event experiences that deliver measurable demand generation and pipeline impact. This role focuses on blending immersive, engaging event experiences with strategic demand generation efforts to drive business growth across the APJ region. You will be responsible for crafting event experiences that not only build deep customer engagement but also accelerate the sales pipeline and contribute to APJ revenue targets.About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Event-Driven Demand Generation: Develop and implement an integrated event strategy that drives demand and accelerates pipeline growth through innovative and memorable experiences.
Customer-Centric Experiences: Lead the design and execution of high-impact, immersive event experiences—both corporate-led and regional field events—that engage target audiences and align with APJ growth objectives.
Executive Engagements: Create exclusive, high-touch experiences for corporate executive visits and customer engagements, ensuring these interactions contribute to deepening relationships and driving business outcomes.
Integrated Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with field marketing teams to ensure that event experiences are seamlessly integrated with broader marketing and sales initiatives, contributing to overall demand generation efforts and revenue goals.
Strategic Event Innovation: Leverage both in-person and digital platforms to create innovative, hybrid event experiences that amplify customer engagement and drive measurable business results.
Pipeline Attribution & Measurement: Define KPIs and attribution models to measure the impact of events on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine event strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and executive teams to ensure alignment between event experiences and business priorities, enhancing the strategic value of each event.
Vendor and Budget Management: Maintain relationships with event vendors and ensure efficient use of budgets while maintaining the highest quality of event experiences.
