Job Profile Summary:

The Banca Channel Sales Manager role is instrumental in managing the Financial Service Consultants by driving sales, behavior and exceeding targets set by the Division while maintaining relationships with their partner counterparts as they uphold PACS compliant culture.

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of Financial Services Consultants (“FSC”) to achieve sales and profit goals through partner’s channel

  • Involve in recruitment of FSCs

  • Coach and Mentor FSCs while managing their performance

  • Review and approve cases submitted by FSC

  • Communicate and educate FSCs on new products and change of regulatory parameters

  • Follow up on new business cases and sales opportunity

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits:

  • Proficient in Bancassurance sales model, both specialist and banker sales 

  • Excellent track record in delivering sales

  • Analytical and strong problem solving abilities

  • Team player and  effective people manager

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal)

  • Great interpersonal skills; ability to engage and build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to identify business gaps and propose solutions to improve/increase production

  • An aptitude to negotiate and influence a better understanding of the business

  • Interest in people development 

Working Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Institutions and a successful track record

  • Prior experience in handling Banca/FA/IFA distribution channels would be an advantage

Education:

  • Degree in Finance/Business/Banking or relevant field of studies

Language:

  • English
