What an AP CMS Risk Business Partner does at Visa
As a key pillar of the Payment Ecosystem Risk team, The AP CMS Risk Business Partner will report to the VP, Payment Ecosystem Risk and be a critical member of the AP Commercial and Money movement Solutions (CMS) function.
The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) team is responsible for managing payment flows and solutions across i) commercial spend (Visa Commercial Solutions), ii) global money movement flows (Visa Direct, Currency Cloud and B2BConnect), and iii) government/public sector undertakings (Visa Government Solutions).
The AP CMS Risk Business Partner has a unique opportunity to enable growth in Visa APs CMS business whilst safeguarding Visa’s payments ecosystem. They are a critical member of the AP Risk team, and part of the AP Payment Ecosystem Risk Leadership Team as well as the AP CMS Leadership Team.

What you will need
The ideal candidate is a seasoned risk leader (minimum 15 years) with extensive operational and leadership experience in non-card money movement and institutional banking. This role would be perfect for someone who thrives in a greenfield environment, enjoys close collaboration with a multitude of stakeholders, regionally, globally as well as cross functionally, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to deliver the best outcomes.

As the AP CMS Risk BP for Visa AP, you will be a critical member of the AP Risk Team and part of the AP CMS Leadership Team. You will be advising the AP Risk and AP CMS teams on strategies related to complex operational, financial, legal and regulatory risk exposures in the CMS space.
The delivery of these initiatives will require close collaboration with senior leadership in the region and with stakeholders in Global Risk, Account Executives, Rules, and Legal.
