Make an Impact by:

Responsible for installation and maintenance onsite support of Singtel domestic copper and fibre transmission network and service (e.g. ISDN, Ethernet, GPON, MetroEthernet, Gigawave, Wi-Fi) for our high-value segment customers and Product
To follow safety procedure in accordance with the work health and safety act (WHSA) and to use appropriate safety equipment to complete the assigned job efficiently and safely
Follow strictly to the operations procedure/process e.g. Customer to sign off the Service Report Form (SRF)
Ability to work in various environments such as Restricted site (Military site, home site), Hospital, Data Centre, Commercials Building and HDB MDF Room
Collaboration and Co-operations with various stakeholder (e.g. GOSA, TAC, support teams) and customers to complete the task assign to you in the shortest possible time
Timely update of delivery workflow system and ticketing system for daily work orders, fault clearing and routine maintenance purposes
Possess a valid driving licence to drive the van and perform 24 x 7 shift and stagger duties as well as home standby as and when required

Skills for Success:

Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the home/office networking, telecommunications, or green technology industry.
Good understanding of the technical knowledge in data communication (wired, wireless), internet security and home automation.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work environments and customer requirements.
Have a passion for customer service and possess customer handling skills.
Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred.
Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.
Valid Class 3 driving license.
