Job Description

Primary duties revolve around conducting in-depth research and analysis to assess market trends, economic indicators and other relevant thematics that inform business decisions and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct comprehensive market research on Australia’s Build-to-Rent and Industrial real estate sectors
Monitor market trends, including current / upcoming supply and demand, rental yields and cap rates (transactions / valuations)
Analyze economic indicators such as population growth, GDP growth, inflation, interest rates to understand their potential impact on pricing opportunities in the above sectors
Evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying, monitoring and benchmarking the progress of projects by key market players, as well as achieved rents and sales
Gather and synthesize industry and market data from public records, including consultant reports, surveys, newsletters, research publications and other sources

Investment & Asset Management

Support evaluation of real estate investment opportunities in Australia, with market research and analysis where applicable
Assist the team in the preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums and pitch decks
Aid in the creation of market research reports, charts, visual presentations and research summaries
