The Tech for Good Institute (TFGI), founded by Grab, is an independent non-profit think tank focused on harnessing technology's positive impact in Southeast Asia. Get to Know the Role

Join us as a Digital Content and Engagement Intern, contributing to our mission of using technology for social impact. Gain valuable experience in digital marketing and content creation in a dynamic, fully on-site role.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will develop digital content strategies and manage social media scheduling.
You will create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
You will collaborate on brainstorming ideas for digital campaigns.
You will design basic graphics for digital platforms.
You will analyse engagement metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
You will update the institute's website.
You will organise and promote virtual events and webinars.
You will research trends in technology for social good and digital marketing.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
Express ideas in writing and verbally, encouraging positive team interactions.
Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools.
Experience with analytics, data interpretation, and digital marketing through internships or volunteering.
Demonstrated interest in technology for social good and understanding of digital marketing trends.
Collaborative skills in team settings.
Knowledge of tech-driven social and economic issues in Southeast Asia.
