We are looking for a high-achieving, thorough, and experienced professional to fill our open insurance distribution process and performance lead role. Our ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator with a track record of success in the insurance industry and effectively manages a multifaceted team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products
Manage the distribution team to ensure that distribution is done accurately and efficiently
Ensure that distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement
Work with other departments to ensure that distribution is handled in a timely and efficient manner
Provide training and support to distribution staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to distribute insurance products effectively
Ensure that distribution is done in compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers
Ensure that distribution data is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

Degree holder
At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong knowledge of insurance distribution process and procedure
Good understanding on regulatory requirements related to distribution management
