Job Description
Responsibilities
Serves as a primary point of contact for all client account matters.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Holds ownership of bigger sized portfolio revenue and account matrix.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of new opportunities, present, negotiate and close to meet sales quotas.
Collaborating with cross-functional internal departments to ensure that clients requirements are understood and met.
Ensure timely and successful presentation of client-focused solutions based on clients’ requirements and objectives.
Track and analyze usage data for account reviews.
Assist with challenging client request or issue escalation as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 7 years experience in solutions selling.
Experience in managing large enterprise or hospitality sector accounts is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred.
Energetic, proactive, independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record.
Excellent analytical and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skill.
Results-oriented with strong customer focus, takes rejection as a personal challenge to success when given opportunity.
