We are hiring for two distinct internship opportunities: Material Planning Intern and Procurement Intern. Both roles are critical in supporting our manufacturing operations and offer unique opportunities to gain valuable experience in their respective areas.

As a Material Planning Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the material planning team to ensure the seamless flow of materials required for our manufacturing operations This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination. You will contribute to real-world projects that directly impact our global operations. You will be responsible for:

Assist in planning and scheduling material requirements to support production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Support the analysis of demand forecasts and production plans to optimize material availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to resolve material shortages or delays.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance material planning efficiency.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.

As a Procurement Intern, you will support the procurement team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the procurement lifecycle, supplier management, and the manufacturing work environment. You will work closely with industry experts, contributing to real-world projects that impact our global operations. You will be responsible for:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.
Support supplier management activities, including vendor evaluation, performance tracking, and relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize procurement operations.
Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications for Both Roles:

Strong interest in supply chain and the manufacturing work environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Be currently enrolled or pursuing Diploma, Bachelors or Master’s level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary)
Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions
