Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join the Consumer Business Group (CBG) Broadband team. This role will focus on developing and managing our cyber security pillar solutions specifically designed for consumer and small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cyber security, consumer and SME market, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive product strategy from conception through launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development: Define, identify right partners and execute the product roadmap for cyber security solutions tailored to the consumer & SME segment, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning for consumers and SME.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, GTM marketing, and sales, to design, develop, and launch new cyber security solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve products and enhance our customer and digital experience.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market response to adjust strategies, ensuring business objectives are met and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Present product roadmaps, updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Training & Support: Work with GTM, sales and support teams to develop training materials and product and process documentation, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and capabilities to customers.
