Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing all aspects of MDRT performance. You will manage MDRT reports and performance tracking, ensuring the timely delivery of tracking results and insightful dashboards for internal stakeholders. You will also oversee HNW training results and matrices, automate processes, streamline workflows, and identify trends through data-driven analysis. Additionally, you will support MDRT initiatives such as events and campaigns, providing valuable insights to support the company’s distribution and sales strategies. 

Job Description:

  • Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual MDRT performance dashboards and reports for the management team and internal stakeholders.

  • Track all MDRT-related challenges, ensuring accurate measurement of progress and results.

  • Automate tracking processes and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Track HNW training results and matrices.

  • Conduct investigations, studies, and reviews to identify relevant MDRT performance trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate closely with sales channels and other key functions (such as Finance and Product) to align on MDRT performance and projections.

  • Support other ad hoc MDRT-related initiatives such as MDRT events, recognition and campaigns as required.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Highly numerate and analytical with a strong ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Strong communication skills to present insights and engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or similar platforms is desirable.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in numerate environment such as financial planning or performance management.

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in a numerate discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business in Business administration or related fields of study
