Job Description
The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, customer focused individuals with strong analytical skills, having 3-5 years of successful track record in retail centre management and having demonstrated excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a mall
Oversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure that maximum and long-term value is obtained
Identify specific and suitable target consumer markets and to effect suitable PR, marketing and branding activities
Develop relationships with strategic partners whilst building and maintaining good rapport with retailers and other stakeholders
Engage tenants and prospects regularly to review their business performance and identify opportunities for spatial expansion
Prepare the annual Asset Plan with a focus on adding value to the mall
Collaborate with the various management teams to review and assess the re-positioning of the mall
Plan and execute impending/on-going redevelopment works so as to achieve the desired tenancy mix and market positioning
Work with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility reviews
Requirements:
Prior experience in shopping centre management and preferably with tertiary qualifications
Strong negotiation and business planning skills
A demonstrated understanding of retail and the ability to value-add and future-proof the centre
Excellent leadership and communications skills to manage and motivate ground teams
