What does the Sector & Specialized Lending Transaction Management Team do in ING?
Intern in Sector & Specialized Lending Transaction Management with main responsibilities of end-to-end execution of sector-based (Energy, Telecom, Media, Technology & Healthcare, Metals & Mining, Transportation & Logistics, Real Estate) and specialised financing transactions
What would you be doing?
Together with the team, work through the life cycle of sector-based (energy, digital infrastructure, metals & mining, transportation & logistics) and specialized financing transactions
Assist in credit and comprehensive risk analysis including legal, market, technical, environmental & social and insurance due diligence and financial analysis and projections/modeling
Prepare internal application and memos and liaise with internal risk and loan operation stakeholders
Assist in the preparation and review of financing documentation including term sheets and financing agreements
Assist in identifying and monitoring market developments and opportunities in relevant sectors
What qualities, skills and other criteria are we looking for?

You should have legal work rights in the country of internship.
Good working knowledge of excel, powerpoint and word.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
