Business Area Manager Financing – Pagero

Pagero is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Business Area Manager for Financing Applications. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and innovative product development, as well as supporting commercial teams in customer and partner engagements.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Business Area Manager Financing, you will:

  • Develop Business Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive business strategies to achieve Pagero’s goals within financing applications.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Innovate product development, optimize pricing, and devise sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Support Commercial Teams: Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance customer and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product marketing, strategy, planning & analysis, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve goals.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Clearly communicate strategy and progress to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Business Area Manager Financing if you have the following required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience within factoring or supply chain financing solutions.
  • Proven experience in business strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong background in product development and revenue generation.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Successfully pass an extended background check.
