We are expanding our European Sales team and seeking a dynamic individual to fill a dual role as a ServiceNow Sales Leader and Senior Sales Professional. This position is vital within our high-performance sales organization as we engage with industry-leading clients to tackle complex business challenges while promoting ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Nordic Sales team and act as Sales Professional to drive the Swedish Market
- Develop and drive the ServiceNow sales pipeline to enhance DXC’s market share within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modernization, optimization, and customer adoption models to identify new client opportunities and expand existing relationships, collaborating closely with DXC’s sales teams across EMEA.
- Foster strong working relationships with DXC Account Executives, Technical Solutions Consultants, and partner sales teams to ensure effective engagement and support.
- Engage in opportunity qualification, risk assessment, and develop a winning value proposition aligned with client needs, leading in processes such as EOI, RFI, and RFP.
- Lead and participate in the development and execution of the regional and global ServiceNow sales strategy for the Nordic countries
- Owning Order Entry Targets for the Nordic countries
- Collaborate on forecasting to provide leadership with visibility into pipeline status and risk analysis relative to target bookings.
- Oversee the technical validation of solutions for deals, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
- Establish a detailed deal timeline and coordinate pursuit team efforts to meet milestones and objectives.
Manage resource needs early in the sales pursuit process to ensure expedient and effective engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, including cloud modernization, application transformation, and license models.
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of supporting and developing deals ranging from $200k to $10 million.
- Demonstrated consultative approach with exceptional solution development and business development skills, capable of engaging with CXOs of global organizations.
- Experience in consulting and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry verticals, particularly in IT, and how to tailor ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
- Ability to develop clients' high-level ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps, and effectively communicate value propositions that justify pricing innovations.
- ServiceNow Sales Experience is key
- Familiarity with cloud based technologies and how to do projects as Service Provider is a must
- Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
