Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Information Security Specialist Access Lifecycle is part of Chief Security Office and helps to facilitate the bank-wide implementation of the Access Lifecycle (ACL) controls “Request & Approval” and “Joiner & Leaver” and continuously enhances the controls in place. The role will have a focus on Audit Coordination that requires strong engagement in the around 20 yearly audits (external and internal audits) where the role owner will be main counterpart for auditors and will support in walk-throughs, evidence collection and finding remediation.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration within an international project team responsible for implementing ACL controls for the bank’s critical applications.
  • Preparation of Senior Management presentations
  • Analysis of strengths and weaknesses with continuous improvement of the ACL processes in close collaboration with internal consumers of the control.
  • Execute delegated role as Control Owner of ACL on behalf of Head of ACL team.
  • Audit Management as business owner for central ACL processes incl. walk-throughs, evidence collection and any finding remediation

Skills

  • Previous experience in the area of Identity & Access Management of a financial service company.
  • Familiar with regulatory IT requirements of a bank. Audit background or a CISA recertification is an advantage.
  • Solution-focused work approach combined with a well-marked level of communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English.
