Mission
We are looking for a data-driven specialist to enhance media performance and maximize the impact of our data for marketing and business growth.
In this role, you will support the Media Advertising Lead in analyzing full-funnel digital campaigns across both online and offline media, focusing on measurement, analysis, and optimization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing a digital media measurement and analytics internal platform.
- Establishing a full-funnel media measurement framework.
- Promoting a data-driven mindset within the Marketing & Communications team.

Your Day to Day
Campaign Performance & Insights
- Track and analyze full-funnel media campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and impact.
- Support budget allocation decisions with data-driven recommendations.
- Assess both online and offline media performance, partnering with the external media agency to evaluate cross-channel impact.
Reporting & Measurement
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for real-time campaign tracking.
- Interpret campaign advertising data to determine channel impact and guide investment decisions.
- Consider looking at multi-channel attribution models to assess marketing effectiveness.
Marketing Support & Collaboration
- Translate data into clear insights to support marketing initiatives and business decisions.
- Track media advertising costs and billing data, ensuring alignment between planned budgets and actual spending.
- Help simplify complex data for non-technical teams, ensuring insights are actionable.
What you bring to the team
- Strong analytical skills (interpret data, identifying trends, provide insights)
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in measurement, reporting & tracking results.
- Problem-Solving, proactively identifying issues and recommending data-backed solutions.
- Communication & Storytelling – Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Adaptability – Working effectively with internal marketing teams and external media agency.
- 2 to 4 years in a similar role, ideally in media advertising, digital media analytics, media buying, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital media measurement tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms (eg. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and any related reporting tools, eg. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of media budget effectiveness modelling and multi-channel attribution to optimize media investments.
- Good to have, but not mandatory: Industry background (banking, fintech, retail, e-commerce, or media agencies, managing large-scale advertisers); any relevant digital marketing and data analytics courses or certifications (Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AppFlyer, Adjust).
