Mission
KYC area (Know your Customer) – has the mission to keep the bank and customers safe while providing best experience for our customers. Our purpose is to digitalise internal scoring, anti-fraud and review processes, to comply with local and global regulatory standards.
Together with your team, you will work on multiple and various projects in the area (local and global road mapping) with the scope to implement the IT strategy of the tribe and evolve the existing ecosystem for both Retail and Business Bank.
As a leader of the QA team, you will play a key role in fostering an automation first mindset, increasing the technical knowledge of the chapter members. Your main mission will be to enable your engineers to grow their automation skills and get better in what they do every day by using industry best practices.
Your day to day
You will oversee a chapter of 4 engineers. Half of your time will be spent as a QA member in one of the tribe squads and the rest of the time you will cover people management and development activities: recruiting of new talents, administration, personal development, and evaluation of your Chapter members, organizing chapter meetings.
