DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The Technical Lead is responsible for the overall technical direction and delivery of large-scale technical solutions, as part of Identity & Access Management within CSO.

The role requires advanced technical skills and extensive IAM Governance knowledge, applicable for Cloud Providers and on-prem systems.

One of the key focus areas of the department are enhancing our current I&A processes while leveraging AI/ML algorithms, using state of the art tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical delivery of Identity and Access IGA solutions.
• Ensures technical solutions are compliant with the Security Requirements of the bank.
• Coordinates multiple teams involved in projects’ delivery pipelines.
• Reviews and validates the technical architecture and designs of the Solutions.
• Coordinates with multiple stakeholders and external/internal team members.

Skills

• Extensive experience of IAM concepts, Identity Management, Identity Governance and surrounding processes in the field (access provisioning, JML, recertification, provisioning, access concepts).
• Experience with large scale IAM solutions.
• Good experience with public Cloud Providers (GCP is preferred), Kubernetes and IaC.
• System Integrations knowledge.
• Experience working with Data Processing solutions (Big Data).
• Experience with AI/ML based solutions is an advantage.
