Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual who wants build their analytical, business and functional skills within the Private Bank environment. You'll be responsible for analyzing the requirements and requests from the business as well as identifying and assessing change needs, you'll need to capture and document requirements, analyze the impact of changes and support the business and the development team throughout the implementation process.
We are looking for a person how has the drive and the ability to understand the business processes and technical side, who understands the need of the CFO and top management, and transform this knowledge into data processes that moved the data from downstream systems into the upstream systems.

- Experience in support functions including understanding of products and business processes
- Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
- Experience of agile (scrum) methodology of advantage
- Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
- Good analytical and problem solving experience
- Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
- Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
- Functional: Lending and/or Investment understanding (general financing background) are of advantage (specifically targeted on Lombard / liquid collateral assessment and management; planned integration into global lending platform and workflow processes). Knowledge with regard to Bloomberg / Refinitiv / external data sources.
- IT: Basic SQL knowledge (open for learning / collaboration with DEV.), Qlik / database contributor experience.
