We are currently looking for a PMO lead with people management responsibilities for taking over PMO chapter of SAS team in Bucharest.

The new colleague will dedicate their capacity hands on as a Project & Portfolio PMO and to manage and develop the PMO team. The PMO Chapter lead will be part of the Chapter Area Leadership team both locally and divisionally.

Responsibilities

• Support Tribe Leads in establishing an accurate financial planning
• Act as an escalation point for the PMO team in Bucharest
• Undertake staff recruitment and selection.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals.
• Ascertain resource skill level and provide appropriate development planning.
• Mentoring staff and ensure that applicable development programs are followed
• Identify training requirements including budget support
• Develop and maintain resource succession plans
• Prepare training plans for new PMO joiners
• Support vendor management process and contract management for SAS organization in BEX
• Liaise with BEX COO team on divisional financial specific topics

Skills

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic studies or similar
• Strong experience with project planning and a good understanding of the financial impact
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Conflict management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Experience on a similar position is a plus
