Mission

Your mission will be to actively contribute to the execution of the bank’s Retail Business sales strategy across all distribution channels, by connecting the dots from extensive data analyses and bringing added value in sales targets calibration and sales boost action plans.

Your day to day

  • Define & implement the Retail sales channels performance & strategy execution, through robust data driven analyses;
  • Contribute to building the budget for the sales commissions across all channels in line with the Retail Banking objectives per product and per channel, monitor budget execution and propose optimization measures;
  • Assess the financial impact for the commercial actions, strategic projects and business cases for the investment/ development projects across all sales channels;
  • Play a proactive role in identifying sales growth opportunities and propose & implement tactical actions that support the delivery of the Retail sales targets, whilst ensuring the consistency between products, services & channels;
  • Proposes sales KPIs & target allocation rules across all channels in line with the Retail Banking Strategy and monitor & identify the main drivers for the sales dynamics and strategy execution;
  • Lead complex sales performance analyses that contribute to the definition & implementation of the Retail Sales Network transformation projects;
  • Promote a change & development mindset by proposing and implementing new and more efficient sales performance reporting models that are better adapted to the channel management needs;
  • Preparing and being ready to present main conclusions from sales performance analyses in front of various stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

  • University Degree (post graduate qualification is a plus);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record in strategy/project management;
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to derive valuable insights from complex data driven analyses (previous Business Intelligence background is a plus);
  • Commercial mindset and strong business & banking knowledge;
  • Structured approach and results driven, you are committed to delivering the team goals;
  • Self-confident and assertive, you are able to engage other stakeholders from the organization in delivering common goals;
  • Team player: you trust others and can be trusted, you are always willing to help others be successful;
  • Open-minded & flexible and self-driven: you will work in a matrix organization and you can quickly adapt to continuous change, you are able to shift priorities and efficiently manage your own backlog;
  • Passionate, curious, friendly, willing to run the extra mile and eager to continuously self-develop
  • Excellent MS Office skills; SQL & PowerBI knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
