Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.

The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Banks’ businesses.

 Changing the Bank is a challenging endeavor that we tackle every day and enjoy our success when our efforts fundamentally change how Deutsche Bank works.

As part of PM1 project (Portfolio Management system) for Private Bank clients, Business Functional Analyst is responsible for translating different business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements, handling requirements for extracting/manipulating/loading data, data flow automatization.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation

• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes

• Designing and assisting business in developing optimal target state

• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation

• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as project management, software engineering, vendor) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions

• Documentation of requirements, processes and controls in Confluence and Jira

• Support for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlogs

• Pre-go-live change management, assisting and supporting SIT and UAT phases

• Process&data optimization and automation analysis

Skills

  • Higher education in a finance or computer science field
  • At least 5 years of professional expertise in the described role or similar
  • Very good knowledge on technology & database concepts, SQL, ETL, Data Analytics
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodologies
  • Experience in large project or transformation projects in a big financial enterprise would be beneficial
  • Social and intercultural competence for the successful handling of all internal and external and international stakeholders, as well as good analytical, conceptual thinking, pronounced autonomy and initiative
  • Language skills, fluence in English, German language is a plus
