Are you looking to kick-start your career in Product Supply? We are excited to announce a paid 3-month internship position within our Product Supply team in Timisoara from March to June 2025! This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an innovative environment, working on projects that drive automation and efficiency in our supply chain processes.

Position: Product Supply Automation InternDuration: March – June 2025Location: Timisoara

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the automation of supply chain processes using various technical tools.
• Develop and maintain automated solutions using Microsoft Excel VBA, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Utilize KNIME for data integration and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Document processes and create user manuals for automated solutions.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA for automation;
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation;
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
  • Knowledge of KNIME for data analytics and process automation;
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights;
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders;
• Project Management:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;

Qualifications:

• Final or pre-final year of Bachelors / BA recent graduate or MA any year of study;
• Studies field in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related;
• Very good speaking and writing command of English & Romanian language;
• Previous experience or coursework related to process automation or supply chain operations is a plus;
