DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding. The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment adapting to different context and learning new
technologies and parts of Deutsche Banks’ businesses. We are flexible about our working locations and travel abroad to enable project success and speed up delivery and knowledge transfer activities. Team
You will work in the team that is responsible for all technical belonging concerning ATMs and other self-services (SSD) of Deutsche Bank in Germany. The team works in Frankfurt and Bucharest. The business language will be mainly German.
WE TRUST YOU TO
- Take over the three roles: You will take over the leadership of a mixed team, work as Service Owner Delegate, and take over other tasks like business control activities for projects.
- Leading colleagues in a trustful and inspiring manner.
- Keep things for SSD in Bucharest together: Even so that the operational lead of your team will take from other colleagues in a matrix organization, you will keep the overview.
- Perform the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) process for all vendors that deliver goods or services for self-service devices in Germany.
- Work in a close relationship with the Service Owners and help them especially concerning policies and other Deutsche Bank requirements. Therefor you know the relevant contracts.
- Collaborates closely with a lot of stakeholders in the VRM process and SSD stakeholders.
- Be an expert concerning guidelines and tools for business control activities.
- Perform business analysis in Excel concerning costs and processes.

- Business university degree or an equivalent education.
- Many years of working experience including leadership.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (minimum B2)
- High understanding to financial / budget-processes and controlling
- Strong leadership skills and communication abilities.
- Contractual, process, technical, and software understanding.
- Ability to learn quickly and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work persistent und persevering.
- Skill to work independent and with own initiative.
- Advanced skills in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
