DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.
The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment adapting to different context and learning new technologies and parts of Deutsche Banks’ businesses.

The CTO I&A team in CSO is responsible for change and run engineering of Identity & Access technology. It is planned to establish a new capability on Role Management and therefore seek a senior lead that manages the implementation of the respective technology based on SailPoint IQ for AI-based role mining. The capability lead will also ramp-up the technology into the target support structure with L2 sitting in the production management team and the engineering function in CTO. Subsequently, the engineering functional will be managed. In addition to the strategic role mining technology, we plan to migrate existing applications for Entitlement Management and the Access Concept into the capability which then includes the respective engineering function. Target is to own the application ownership of those applications including the respective engineering function. Business product and process ownership will sit in the service organization.
