Job Description:

We are now recruiting a PMO for Quality for Industrial System Development for Airbus GBS team.

Responsibilities - your mission

Process Review Meeting, meetings preparation
Check the quality of documents (e.g. manufacturing process instructions) according to Airbus official checklists
Process optimisation & improvement topics to develop, implement (example: archiving, support to site in case of escalation, training and development)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

Expertise on and experience with project management, e.g. PMO role
Coordination and stakeholders management skills in order to lead or support project meetings and actions follow up
Basic knowledge of manufacturing process instructions, product or process related Key Characteristics (KCs) and Critical Items (CIs), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, or automotive industry in quality roles would be an advantage
Fluent English, French/German/Spanish would be a plus
